Who are we?
Our founding partners, Charlotte GAUCHON and Raphaël MORENON, became convinced that a bad agreement is better than a long trial during their respective experiences with the UFC-Que Choisir association.
Experienced practitioners in the fields of banking, credit and enforcement, they share a taste for passing on knowledge, and teach at universities and several barristers' schools as part of the continuing education that lawyers are required to provide.
What do we do?
We are a firm of lawyers specialising in banking law, credit and financing law, and the law of guarantees, securities and civil enforcement proceedings.
How much does it cost?
As experienced practitioners, we are able to provide cutting-edge expertise without asking our customers to bear the cost of our research: our know-how is already there.
