Holder of a Master's degree in Civil procedure and enforcement and a doctorate in Procedural lawCharlotte is also a laureate of the Faculty of Law at Aix-Marseille and was awarded first prize in procedural law for her thesis entitled "Lay judges and the general theory of the trial.

It maintains links with the university Paris II Panthéon-Assas including the CRFPA exams.

It assists creditors who wish to recover their debts, in particular through the seizure of property. 

She has also developed a recognised practice in civil enforcement proceedings.
