After hours of work, our course material on defending against property seizures is finally online. Developed at the request of the École de Formation des Avocats Centre Sud, this course has been constantly enriched with new tips and case law, based on feedback from our trainees. Now adapted to a web format, it will soon be expanded to include the hottest new developments: case law on unfair terms in relation to forfeiture of the term. We are also taking this opportunity to organise a "flash" training session on the same subject of defending against seizure of property, which will take place this Friday at 1pm and last 4 hours.
