After hours of work, our course material on defending against foreclosure is now online.
This course was developed at the request of the École de Formation des Avocats Centre Sud, and since its inception has been constantly enriched with new tips and case law, based on feedback from our trainees.
Now adapted to a web format, it will soon be enriched with the hottest news: case law on unfair clauses relating to the forfeiture of the term.
