After a few weeks of hard work, the new version of our website is finally online. The development of this new version met two needs: to provide you, our readers, with a better-quality medium; and to give us, the authors, greater control over our working tool.
At the same time as we have been learning a great deal from it, a new, third version is being developed. This third version will meet a more complete set of specifications, as it will include new sections:
- a download section, giving you access to all our model documents, i.e. a bible of around 80 documents and CERFA forms,
- a section devoted to our professional training courses, where you can find out about our courses and consult the calendar of forthcoming sessions,
- and more "encyclopaedia"-type pages, in which we will deal with specific topics without any size limit. In the medium term, we will be putting online complete presentations of the procedures for seizing property, distributing the price, judicial sales, and perhaps also pre-emption in the case of judicial sales.
Some of these improvements will go online in the coming weeks, without waiting for V3, which is likely to be finalised in November or December. In particular, the "Foreclosure" and "Downloads" sections are currently being developed, in addition to various improvements to existing pages.
