Over the years, our firm has developed a wide range of training courses in the fields of guarantees, securities and civil enforcement procedures.

Our commitment to providing a range of training courses begins with Maître Raphaël MORENON, who will be developing our training courses from 2019 onwards The practice of seizing property and The practice of price distributionfor law firms.

Quickly added to the the South-East School of Lawyers (EDASE)Our training course on The practice of foreclosing on real estate was quickly supplemented by other proposals, devoted to The practice of judicial sales and The practice of split-licensing.

Building on the success of these initial offerings, the firm has expanded its partnerships and forged close relationships with the Centre-Sud Lawyers' School (EDACS)of North West School of Law (IXAD)and the training organisation Jurilearnwhich now depends on the Conference of Bar Presidents.

Our catalogue was then expanded to include training courses entitled Property informationand a training course specially developed at the request of Dalloz formations, entitled Overview of enforcement procedures and focus on seizure of property.

Since 2019, we have trained several hundred lawyers, and helped a number of structures acquire strategic autonomy in the field of real estate seizure, judicial sales, and licitation-partage.
