Our company, which specialises in the law of guarantees, securities and civil enforcement procedures, as well as banking and credit law, is looking for a full-time legal assistant on a permanent contract.
Missions
The legal assistant will be responsible for :
- Carrying out simple secretarial tasks (physical and telephone reception, managing postal mail, CARSAM and e-mail, digitising incoming documents, digitally opening files, filing, managing the RPVA, monitoring diaries, managing supplies, organising professional training courses, etc.).
- Monitoring legal proceedings (constitutions, notifications, service of documents, etc.) and relations with customers and bailiffs.
- Preparing foreclosure files (ordering deeds, CERFA forms, monitoring returns, trips to the registry, etc.).
Outlook and training
The position is likely to evolve, depending on the candidate's appetite and the qualities he/she displays, towards :
- A part-time or full-time position as a clerk in property seizures,
- A communications officer position.
The company is also able to provide the appropriate training (foreclosure, SEO, etc.).
