Who we are
Our founding partners, Charlotte Gauchon and Raphael Morenon, developed their shared conviction that a sound settlement is preferable to protracted litigation during their respective experiences at the French consumer protection association UFC-Que Choisir.
Experienced practitioners in banking, credit and enforcement law, they share a commitment to knowledge-sharing and teach at universities and several French bar schools as part of the mandatory continuing legal education programme.
