Legal knowledge must circulate freely

Enforcement law is a technical field, poorly documented, where reliable information remains the preserve of a few practitioners. A litigant who does not understand the procedure they face cannot defend themselves. A lawyer discovering real-property foreclosure when opening the case file is a lawyer already behind their opponent.

These case files compile everything the firm has learned by practising these procedures day after day before the courts of south-eastern France: the rules, the traps, the strategies that work and those that fail. We publish them free of charge because knowledge has value only when it circulates.

They also serve as teaching material for our Qualiopi-certified professional training sessions — which guarantees their rigour: a document used to train lawyers tolerates neither approximation nor obsolescence.

Case-file maintenance cycle

Each case file is a living document. It is updated on a strict cycle:

  • After every legislative or regulatory reform affecting the matter
  • After every French Supreme Court ruling that alters the state of the applicable law
  • Before every professional training session using the file as supporting material
  • Whenever significant practice feedback emerges at the firm

The last update date is indicated on each file. If you spot outdated information, get in touch.
